Your Order Cancellation Rights

Once an Order has been marked as "Being Fulfilled" by the Supplier, it is no longer eligible for cancellation

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive Your order cancellation notice. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

We use Printful Inc. as our dropship supplier. Since orders are made on demand, we can only accept returns for the following reasons:

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

Please contact us prior to sending your return. You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. Please return Goods to the return shipping label on your original package. If your original package isn't available, a return address will be provided upon request.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
